This strategic alliance aims to extend the reach of Volkswagen’s secure and German-engineered vehicles to those who have dedicated their lives to the service of our nation.

Under this collaboration, Volkswagen India is set to offer its entire range of meticulously crafted German-engineered cars to beneficiaries of the KPKB scheme across India. This strategic initiative is designed to make high-quality mobility more within reach, ensuring that beneficiaries can experience world-class vehicles at more affordable price points.

With a focus on ensuring safe and comfortable journeys, Volkswagen India’s portfolio boasts some of the safest cars in India, including the 5-star GNCAP rated Volkswagen Virtus and Taigun for both adult and child occupant protection, alongside the globally acclaimed Tiguan.

KBKP Scheme: All You Need to Know

Launched in 2006 by the Indian Government’s Ministry of Home Affairs, the KPKB system serves the welfare needs of serving and retired members of Central Armed Police Forces and their families. The scheme encompasses a wide spectrum of security forces, including the Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Central Industrial Security Force, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Sashastra Seema Bal, and the Assam Rifles.

Additionally, benefits under the KPKB scheme extend to State Police Forces, Central Police Organizations such as Railway Protection Force, Intelligence Bureau, Special Protection Group, National Crime Records Bureau, and National Investigation Agency personnel and their families.

KPKB operates through an extensive network of 119 Master Canteens or Bhandars, acting as distribution centers, and more than 1,800 subsidiary Bhandars serving as retail outlets. This expansive network ensures that the scheme’s 35 lakh beneficiaries across India have easy access to its benefits.

By aligning with KPKB, Volkswagen India reiterates its commitment as a brand dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those who tirelessly serve and protect the nation.
