Rishab Shetty, who has earned global recognition after his blockbuster film Kantara, is now all set to take audiences on a new adventure. Kantara’s prequel, titled Kantara A Legend: Chapter 1, has been announced. Recently, Rishab Shetty unveiled the first look teaser of the film, which garnered immense appreciation from the viewers. Now, one of Rishab Shetty’s fans has made a new motion poster for Kantara: Chapter 1, which is currently going viral on social media. In the poster, Rishab Shetty is seen sitting on a rock, with his back against the camera. He can be seen wearing a saffron-coloured dhoti. He has long hair that is tied up in a half bun, and an axe is kept behind him on the rock. Along with this, Rishab Shetty and Kantara are written at the bottom. As per reports, the video was made by one of Rishab Shetty’s fans and a designer named Dipesh Uppala. The video was shared on Instagram.

As per the latest reports, Kantara: Chapter 1 is directed and fronted by Rishab Shetty and bankrolled by Hombale Films. It will go on the floor in December this year.

Rishab Shetty’s incredible transformation into the character of Shiva caught the attention of the fans, and it garnered immense positive feedback.
The clip received more than 64 million views on YouTube. Fans shared their feedback in the comments section. Kantara was also written and directed by Rishab Shetty and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films. The film stars Rishab Shetty in a dual role with Kambala Champion, who is at loggerheads with an upright forest officer, Murali (played by Kishore). The film received positive reviews from viewers, was a major commercial success, and emerged as the second highest-grossing Kannada film of all time.
Kantara, which was made on a budget of Rs 16 crore, collected Rs 398 crore worldwide.
