Ordering food has become a regular part of everyone’s lifestyle. Everything that people wish for, be it groceries or healthcare products, is now available at the click of a button. Sometimes these delivery executives go an extra mile just to see a smile on the customer’s face. A similar incident happened in Bengaluru when people were stuck in traffic. On Wednesday, social media was filled with images and stories about how the roads were blocked. Amid all of this, a heartwarming story has emerged and it has been deemed ‘Peak Bengaluru.’
The delivery executives tracked the live location of the customer in the midst of all the traffic just to deliver food. ‘X’ user Rishivaths shared the video of the Domino’s agents stopping their two-wheeler right in front of his car. Further into the video, they walk up to the car and deliver two boxes of food.

“When we decided to order from @dominos during the Bangalore choke. They were kind enough to track our live location (a few metres away from our random location added in the traffic) and deliver to us in the traffic jam,” wrote Rishivaths.

This came in when reports of a massive jam on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road surfaced. It caused massive problems for commuters. As a response, the Joint Commissioner of Traffic issued an official statement.
The officials mentioned that there was a surge in traffic due to the announced Bandh. People leaving the city to celebrate the long weekend also heightened the issue. However, the reasons were not enough to squash the frustration of an ‘X’ user whose kids reached home from school at 9 p.m.

“This is a disgraceful statement from the government. Instead of making excuses, maybe admit that Bangalore has no public transport, terrible drainage, badly maintained roads, and poor city planning. My children returned from school at 9 p.m., and these guys are blaming the citizens,” said the parent.
