Bank of Baroda's gross NPA stands at 2.92 per cent, down from 3.79 per cent in the corresponding quarter last year
Bank of Baroda on Friday reported a 2.3 per cent rise in its net profit to Rs 4,886 crore for the January-March 2024 quarter. Its net profit had stood at Rs 4,775 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The bank’s gross non-performing asset (NPA) stood at 2.92 per cent, down from 3.79 per cent in the corresponding quarter last year. On the other hand, net NPA stood at 0.68 per cent in Q4, compared with 0.89 per cent a year ago.
Shares of Bank of Baroda were trading at Rs 265.60 apiece at 2.57 pm on May 10, up 1.09 per cent on the BSE.
