New Delhi: Chennai-based IT company Megasoft is set to acquire a US-based telecom company for $11- 14 million.
Sources say the deal will add between $30-40 million to Megasoft's topline.
Megasoft CFO V Balasubramanian said, "Yes, it is true that we are pursuing an inorganic growth path through an international acquisition as has been publicly stated by us. It is too premature to make a comment at this point of time."
Company sources say the deal will be announced in the first week of September.
