The Central Bank of India has recently announced a recruitment drive for 3,000 apprenticeship positions across various states of India. Initially, the application process for the apprenticeship recruitment started on February 21 and continued till March 27. The exam was scheduled to take place on March 31. However, the recruitment board has decided to reopen the application window.

The application process has already started and is set to continue till June 17. The examination of the recruitment drive is slated to take place on June 23. All interested candidates are advised to complete the application process well before the last date.
Central Bank Recruitment 2024: Education Qualification and Age Limit
Candidates applying for the above-mentioned positions must have a Graduate degree in any discipline from any recognised institution or must have any equivalent qualifications recognised by the Central Government.
Candidates who have graduated after 31.03.2020 are only eligible to apply.
Candidates born between April 1, 1996, and March 31, 2004, are only eligible to apply.
Reserved category candidates will get an age relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the government rules.
Central Bank Recruitment 2024: Application Fee
For SC, ST, EWS and Women candidates the application fee is Rs 600 + GST
For PWBD candidates the application fee is Rs 400 + GST
The Application fee for all other candidates is Rs 800 + GST
Stipend to Be Offered:
The stipend that will be provided to the selected candidates is Rs 15,000. There are no other allowances or benefits as it is an apprenticeship opportunity.
Central Bank Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The candidates will be selected based on their performance in a written examination and language proficiency test.
Online Examination: The online written examination will consist of five parts
1. Quantitative, General English, & Reasoning Aptitude and Computer Knowledge
2. Basic Retail Liability Products
3. Basic Retail Asset Products
4. Basic Investment Products
5. Basic Insurance Products
Language Proficiency test: The candidate should be proficient in Local language. Candidates will be required to produce a certificate as proof of their local language proficiency.
