JEE Main 2024 Session 1: The admit cards are available for downloading from the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 session 1 for the January 27 exam. The admit cards are available for downloading from the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

“The candidates scheduled to appear on 27 January 2024 are required to download their Admit Card of JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1 (January 2024) (using their Application No. and Date of Birth) for Paper 1 from the website https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/ w.e.f. 24 January 2024 and go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin. The candidates are also required to ensure that the barcode is available on the Admit card while downloading,” read the official notice.

The JEE Main 2024 session 1 exam is being conducted from January 24 to February 1. The exam is being held for three hours, except for candidates appearing for the joint exam of BArch and BPlanning, who will have 3 hours and 30 minutes to write the exam.

JEE MAIN 2024 Session 1 ADMIT CARD: HOW TO DOWNLOAD

Step 1: Visit the official page at jeemain.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Go to ‘Candidates Activity’ section. Click on the JEE Main admit card 2024 link.

Step 3: On the new page, log in using your application number and date of birth (DoB).

Step 4: The JEE Main admit card will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Check and download the hall ticket.

Step 6: Take a printout of the JEE Main admit card for future reference.

The admit cards will contain details including names, application numbers, photographs, dates of birth, signatures, dates of exam, and exam centre details. In case of any discrepancies in details, candidates must immediately contact NTA authorities to get the details corrected.

There will be two papers in JEE Main 2024 — paper 1 and paper 2. While paper 1 is held for entrance to BE and BTech programmes at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and other institutions or universities, paper 2 is conducted for admission to BArch and BPlanning courses.
