Karnataka NEET UG Counselling: Eligibility Criteria for the Mop-Up Round

2. If you were previously allotted a seat in one of the earlier rounds of KEA NEET UG counselling but chose to forfeit it, you remain eligible to participate in the mop-up round. Candidates who have been allotted seats in central universities or through the All India Quota (AIQ) are not eligible to participate in the mop-up round of counselling.
