South East Central Railway Invites Applications For PGT And TGT Posts

For anyone planning to get recruited into the Indian Railways, there is an emblem of positive news for you. Now you can apply for certain vacancies at Indian Railways and selection will fully be according to your educational qualifications, without any written exam. South East Central Railway has released a notification for recruitment for the posts of PGT History, PGT Political Science and TGT Political Science. The application process for these posts has already started.

Applicants for PGT positions in History and Political Science must hold a master’s degree in the respective subjects, History or Political Science, from a recognised university with a minimum of 50 per cent marks. Additionally, they should possess a B.Ed. degree or its equivalent from a recognised institute. Candidates applying for TGT positions in Political Science should have a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with at least 50 per cent marks and should also hold a B.Ed. degree or its equivalent qualification. Proficiency in teaching in English medium is a requirement for all candidates.

Candidates applying for this railway recruitment will be selected based on a walk-in interview. Candidates are required to register between 9:00 am to 10:00 am on the day of the interview. They will have to bring their application in the prescribed format along with original certificates, educational qualification and experience certificates and other necessary documents for verification.
