General Knowledge: Candidates will be tested on their awareness of India and neighbouring countries, scientific inventions and developments, national and international awards, Indian languages, books, scripts, as well as knowledge of capital, currency, and notable sports achievements and athletes.

General Hindi: This section involves questions and answers derived from passages, titles to passages, letter writing, word knowledge, use of words, antonyms, synonyms, one-word substitutions, sentence correction, and idioms and phrases.
