How to Do the Figure Four Leg Lock
The figure-four leg-lock is a wrestling submission hold that affects the leg and ankle of your opponent. This move was made famous by Ric Flair and now too is often used by most of the wrestlers in WWE and other franchises. There are variants of this move such as Shawn Michaels' version of this move and more to follow. Just follow the simple steps given below and give your opponent a very good blow with this effective submission attack.
Steps

Get your opponent on the floor. You can achieve this by pushing them down on the ring or hitting with any other move that makes your opponent fall down.

Take their left leg and place your left leg on the right side of their leg then spin 360' so that you are facing your opponent. During this stage the opponent will get a good pressure on their legs. Do this one safely before you break the leg.

Put their left ankle on their right kneecap so it looks like the digit 4.

Lie back facing upwards.

Put your left leg over their left foot.

Apply pressure as hard as you can till your opponent taps out.

What's your reaction?
