1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Cellular.
3. Tap the green switch next to "Music".

Open the Settings app.
Tap Cellular.
Scroll down to "Music".
Tap the green switch next to "Music". It should turn grey. Doing this will disable cellular data for iTunes. You can also disable the "iTunes Store" option in this way.
