Manual Method
Open edit mode. Click an "Edit" link on a wikiHow article, such as the one right above the title.
Use wiki syntax to make your links: You can do an internal wiki link to your chosen title. For example: [[Care for Fresh Cut Tulips]] to make Care for Fresh Cut Tulips. You can also use include a different term to display as your link. For example: [[Care for Fresh Cut Tulips|this]] creates this. You can also use a full URL to make a link. For example: [https://www.wikihow.com/Care-for-Fresh-Cut-Tulips this link] makes this link.
Double check that your links work right. If you do not get the wording of the article name and capitalization just right, it will not go to the article that you want. If the links are correct, they should appear green in Preview mode and open up to your chosen article when clicked.
Add an edit summary and click Publish at the bottom of the article.
