2 prostitution rackets busted

HYDERABAD: Task Force sleuths raided two houses at SR Nagar and Jubilee Hills on Sunday and nabbed two flesh trade organisers, a customer and rescued five women. The rescued women hail from various cities including Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai and include a junior artist from the city.On credible information, Task Force sleuths raided flat no G-2 in Sai Darshini apartments at Ameerpet and nabbed an organiser.The accused, G Sudheer is a native of Guntur district and came to the city three years back and started working in the Annapurna cine studio. He came in contact with one Joganna alias Jogi, who used to organise the racket.Sudheer joined hands with Jogi and both took a flat on rent for Rs 10,000 two months back.A week back, they procured three women, including one from West Bengal and another from Vijayawada for running the racket.Task Force DCP Ch Ramchander said the accused hosted a website www.sexygirlshydlinks.com for attracting customers.When a customer calls them on their mobile number, they were directed to the flat and charged Rs 4,000- Rs 5,000 for women. When police raided the house, a customer was found and they also recovered Rs 5,000 from Sudheer and rescued three women.In another raid on a house at Road No 72, Jubilee Hills, police nabbed an organiser P Laxman and rescued two women. Laxman joined hands with the absconding accused, Manohar and was running the business since the past three years.They are procuring women from Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and other places for 15 days and attracting customers over phone. Police recovered Rs 20,000 from the accused.The accused along with seized material was handed over to the police stations concerned for taking further action.
