On Thursday, the Delhi Police filed a chargesheet against Jundal, accusing him of involvement in terror activities across the country.
New Delhi: A Delhi court will hear the case against key 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks handler Abu Jundal on Friday. The court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Vidya Prakash had on Wednesday issued a warrant for Jundal to be brought before it on September 28.
On Thursday, the Delhi Police filed a chargesheet against Jundal, accusing him of involvement in terror activities across the country.
In the chargesheet, the Delhi Police also mentioned that Jundal admitted to having monitored the 26/11 attacks from a control room in Karachi, along with Lashkar-e-Toiba chief Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi.
