The fest will be on from 11 am to 11 pm, till February 19, to tantalise tastebuds with a wide variety of traditional and non-traditional lip smacking food items from ‘Beeraanikka’s Nadan Thattukada,’ ‘Suppara (Malabari Specialities), ‘Tamil Saivam Thatthukadai,’ ‘Madhurakkada,’ ‘Kallushaapp Karikal,’ ‘Akil Thwaiba,’ ‘Khaana Khazana,’ ‘Ammacchi’s Adukkala’ and ‘Kuttoosan’s Bunglow.’ Thirst quenchers will include fresh fruit juices, delicious shakes and sweet to tangy mocktails.The fest reflects a mix a culinary cultures from across the state as well as some specialities from Tamil Nadu. It also ensures equal delicious opportunities for vegetarians and as well as meat lovers.
