A major fire on December 9 at the AMRI Hospital in Kolkata killed at least 91 people.
Kolkata: The six directors of the AMRI hospital, where a major fire killed at least 91 people, were on Tuesday sent to police custody for further three more days by a Kolkata court.
They were on December 10 sent to a police custody till December 20.
A case of negligence among others was filed against them after a fire in the hospital claimed 91 lives on December 9.
The AMRI hospital has lost its license. It claimed it had adequate fire safety equipments but patients who were already receiving critical care confined to their beds.
