Call to learn church history

KOCHI:  Syro-Malabar Laity Commission chairman Bishop Mar Mathew Arackkal said the new generation should be made aware of the history and tradition of the church. He was speaking after inaugurating the symposium on Parremakkal Thoma Kathanar as part of the valedictory function of the history seminar organised by the Laity Commission’s History and Research Forum at Mount St Thomas Church in Kakkanad on Sunday.Mathew Arackkal said the history of the church  should be taught to the youth. A crisis is that the new generation is totally unaware of the history of the church.
