Manoj Prabhakar's wife had lodged an FIR against him accusing him of dowry harassment and bigamy.
New Delhi: A Delhi court on Monday directed former cricketer Manoj Prabhakar to be present personally before it in a dowry harassment case file against him by his wife.
Additional Sessions Judge S N Gupta directed Prabhakar to appear before him on September 6, for the hearing of an anticipatory bail application moved by him.
His wife Sandhya Prabhakar had lodged an FIR against him accusing him of dowry harassment, criminal breach of trust and bigamy.
