Four held for theft in auditor house

PUDUCHERRY: Senior Superintendent of Police (Law and Order) B Srikanth said police arrested four persons, Udayakumar (24), Naresh (19), Kasinathan, Janarthanan (28) in connection with the theft of Rs 50000 and gold ornaments from the house of an auditor Eshwaran Koil street in November last year. He said the gang got their information after one of the persons who was arrested had done plumbing work in Auditor Anandan’s home on Eshwaran Koil street  The four member gang gained entry into the house, situated in the heart of town, on November 10 afternoon and tied up auditor and stole the money and ornaments. Senior Superintendent of Police Srikanth warned memberrs of the public not to employ people without checking and verifying the antecedents.
