Callhotels is one of the new search portals of Callezee, a telephone-based directory search service provider that gives you information about hotels and restaurants across the city. Now if you are unaware of any information about any hospitals, vehicles or travel plans, all you have to do is avail of the nine new search portals. Just like other services, Callezee, provides voice-based information via land or mobile phone. They have expanded their roots to various search portals like callhotels, callhospitals, callvehicles, calldomestic, callshopz, calltravels, callprop, callcinema and callfinanz. TS Narayanaswamy, MD of Info Network Management Company, better known by its offering ‘Callezee, launched the new services recently. Explains Narayanaswamy, “Callezee is just like any other service provider, but we give information about anything and everything that is happening in the city. We are mistaken for 197. So, to educate the public about the easy approach of services, we have introduced 10 different verticals (Callhotels, Calltravels) that will give right information about any particular entity.”Callezee first introduced callteachers in 2006, since then, Callezee has gained the loyalty of business and consumers by fulfilling their advertising and directory needs. The 10 portals will not only give information on what you ask, but also help you with the best. “Most people who call just enquire about the numbers or the address of the particular company or place, but we want to suggest the best place to go and get your service done.” So do people need to dial different numbers to connect to the various portals? “No, we have two number — 24444444, 25555555 (Callezee numbers), so when the receiver attends your call, you need to inform about the necessary information you’re looking for. He will immediately browse through the various verticals and update you with required information. So these portals will not confuse the public, it’s for the understanding of the receiver to make it easy to reach the public. All the 10 verticals are like a set of items in a menu card for callezee,” adds Narayanaswamy. How will this affect the companies? “We have two services – Paid and free. The information bank has details of all most of the companies but the priority will be given to the paid companies. So the companies can choose their services.”
