K Sudhakarans gunman gets bail in murder case

KOCHI: The High Court on Thursday granted bail to MP K Sudhakaran’s gunman S R Satheeshan, an accused in the Raghu murder case. The prosecution case is that Raghu, a native of Palakkad, died after he was beaten up at the Perumbavoor KSRTC bus stand alleging pickpocketing.“The bail can be granted to the accused considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the duration of the judicial custody undergone by him,” Jusitce K T Sankaran held.The court directed the accused to execute a bond of Rs 50,000 and two solvent sureties for the like amount before the Perumbavoor JFMC.
