Mili Panda bail hearing postponed

RAYAGADA: The bail petition of Subashree Panda alias Mili Panda could not be taken up for hearing by the ADJ here on Tuesday as the police expressed its  inability to produce her in the court. The police stated that as the areas of Ramanguda and Mukundpur panchayats come between Gunupur and Rayagada -- both Maoist-prone areas -- they could not bring her to court.  The Judge postponed the hearing to November 11. Mili, wife of Maoist Sabyasachi Panda, is now lodged in the Gunupur sub-divisional jail. ENS
