Minor fire at eatery

A minor fire broke out in Shanbagh restaurant building located near Nagarjuna circle in Punjagutta here on Thursday. No causalities were reported.

 According to fire service officials, around 10.20 pm on Thursday, sparks erupted from electrical signboard located on fourth floor of the Shanbagh hostel and came in contact of curtains inside the hotel. Security staff noticed the flames and informed the hotel management.

Later, the management alerted the fire service. A fire tender rushed to the spot and doused the flames.
