Actor, singer, radio-jockey and voice-artist, Anuj Gurwara seems to be adding more to his list. Ask him about his secret for being so multi-faceted and he quickly responds, “My work gets me high, which is my way of being spiritual.”. Anuj shot to fame after winning the Filmfare Award for his popular song Panchadara Bomma from Magadheera. Talking about his belief in God, he says, “God has no form for me. He may be something what you believe in, who you think will always support you. He is like an entity who will help you hold onto yourself.” “I chant Omkara thrice before I get onto the stage. It gives me positive vibes,” he says adding, “I am not religious, but I am a definite believer of God. My God is in me and in my work.” “I love being on the stage so much that I almost do not feel anybody’s existence around me. Its just me and my world. Be it singing, acting or anything, I like involving the crowd, as it is our sole purpose,” says the versatile singer.“After every show I am usually so pepped up, that I need sometime for myself to calm down and get back to being normal,” he adds. “I believe in Karma and  I want my work to speak for me,” concludes Anuj.
