BANGALORE: On the occasion of Cable Day, Karnataka State Cable TV Operators Association is launching a new channel 'TV 21', on August 21 in White Petals, Palace Grounds, at 7 pm.Home and Transport Minister R Ashok will inaugurate the function.Ram Prasad Gowda, secretary of the association said, “This channel is being launched to mark the 10 years of completion of the Karnataka State Cable TV Operators Association. We are also organising culture activities on this day."
