Three private hospitals in the city have decided to provide free treatment to families below the poverty line (BPL). These hospitals will also provide smart cards to the BPL families. According to the health department officials, more than one lakh BPL families in the district will be provided with the smart cards. Sanjeevni Multi Speciality Hospital, Sahyog Hospital and Sakshi Nursing Home have been selected to provide treatment to BPL families.

Students of St. Joseph’s Co-ed School planted saplings, wrote poems and made paper bags on the occasion of Environment Week on Saturday. The students, along with Principal Father Johnney PJ, primary headmistress, sister Floweret, and class teachers took part in the activity. The principal made the students aware about the importance of environment.
Bhopal: City boy bags first prize in quiz contest
Anshul Kumar bagged the first prize in the current affairs quiz contest organised by Maulana Azad Central Library on Sunday. Shivam Sahu was the runner-up in the competition. About 80 candidates participated in the competition conducted by Ranvijay Tomar Institute of Excellence in Higher Education. The library has also decided to hold similar quiz programmes on first Sunday of every month.

Students of Vallabh Bhai Patel High School have resolved to do their best to prevent child marriages among their own schoolmates. The forum has been set up under an initiative of the MP Child Rights Observatory. After the meeting, children took an oath that they will try to stop child marriages.

Indore: TCS to set up new centre in city
Leading IT company, TCS, has decided to open a new project centre in the city. A delegation from TCS also visited the Super Corridor for reviewing arrangements along with senior government officials. The chief minister also instructed for offering all the required facilities to TCS within the given time limit.
Indore: Arts, crafts exhibition held
About 350 students of Tirrathbhai Kalachand School showcased their creativity at an arts and crafts exhibition on the school premises on Sunday. Students exhibited models and charts on issues like conservation of natural resources in physics, chemical composition of human being in chemistry, working of kidney and heart etc.
