New Delhi: The four MP's, who were named in the human trafficking case, will be present before the crime branch of Delhi police by Tuesday morning.
The MP's have been asked to bring their passports as well as passports of their family members.
The crime branch of the Delhi police would now verify their passports and travel details to check if the accused MP's have assisted other people in travelling abroad.
The Delhi police crime branch, which is looking into the case, might call these MP's for questioning as well.
The woman who was arrested from the airport along with Babulal katara ,Paramjeet will be produced in the Patiala House Courts as her police remands ends on Monday.
The four MP's who were named in the human trafficking case are Ramswaroop Koli, BJP MP from Bayana (Rajasthan), Mohammed Tahir Khan, BSP MP from Sultanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Mitrasen Yadav, SP MP from Faizabad and Ashok rawat.
Delhi Police allege that Sundarlal Yadav, a middleman in the racket, has accused these politicians of involvement in the racket.
Yadav, the owner of a pan (betel) shop on Barakhamba Road in New Delhi, has also named late Janata Dal MP Ram Awadh and Mohan Murthy, who was reportedly a secretary to Telengana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) chief K Chandrasekhar Rao.
Yadav claims he was the link between these politicians and travel agents. Yadav says he introduced travel agents Mahesh Gupta and Rashid to politicians and got Rs 50,000 to Rs 1 lakh for the introductions.
