Realtors must work hand in hand with goverment

KOCHI: The installation of new board officials of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Kochi wings, for 2011-2013 has been held. M V Antony was been selected the president and John Thomas the secretary of the association. C S Saleem and Paul Raj have been elected the treasurer and joint secretary of CREDAI respectively. Excise Minister K Babu, PWD Minister, V K Ebrahim Kunju, Mayor Tony Chemmany, V D Satheesan MLA, Benny Behanan MLA, Dominic Presentation MLA and Hibi Eden MLA also took part in the installation ceremony.K Babu said the builders and real estate groups in the city should work together with the government and the Corporation for the development of the city. He said the water shortage and inadequate sewage facility have been giving a headache for the people of  Kochi. The government has allotted Rs 11 crore for the water project through which 100 million litres of  water will be made available daily.
