Baghdad: Iraq's National Security adviser Mowaffaq al-Rubaie said on Saturday Saddam Hussein's half- brother Barzan Ibrahim and former judge Awad al-Bander have not yet been executed, reported Reuters.
Earlier, Arabic satellite channel Arabiya had said Barzan Ibrahim and Awad al-Bander were also executed by hanging after Saddam.
Another Iraqi official said the two will be executed later on Saturday. Rubaie, who said he witnessed the execution, told Iraqiya Saddam appeared to be a "broken man" before he mounted the scaffold, reported Reuters.
Saddam has been executed - hanged for crimes during a brutal crackdown during his reign.
Saddam was hanged before dawn on Saturday in Iraq, at about 6 am (10 pm Friday ET), according to one of Saddam’s lawyers.
