New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday will hear a PIL by the pharma companies on the pricing of medicines in India. The PIL was filed by four pharma firms who challenged the Delhi High Court's order to reduce the prices of certain medicines.
These pharma companies were also asked to replace the stocks with the new price within 45 days of the notification.
The case will come up at the court at around 11 am.
