We have to agree that of the many movies released last year, only some remained in our mind, and 'Pizza' is somewhere tops the list of all Tamil films. We all loved the scary movie, especially the climax. So when most people walked out of the cinema screens, they were heard wanting a sequel.
However now KE Gnanavelraja of Studio Green, in collaboration with CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment, unveils that the sequel of 'Pizza', is titled 'Villa'. Also Gnanavelraja was impressed by the script and readily shook hands with Kumar, to be a part of this exciting project. The spine chilling thriller will be directed by the short film director Deepan Chakravarthy, who was applauded by both the producers.
The director is actually a technical professional working in HCL Technologies, while also clinching the distinction of being a finalist of 'Nalaya Iyakunar Season-2'. The sequel is likely to have Vaibhav Reddy and Sanjitha Shetty in the lead roles and the movie will be filmed in the screen set designed by Mayan and edited by Leo John Paul.
