New Delhi: What happens when two of Bollywood's greatest entertainers get together on television to playfully rib each other? Some of TV's most memorable moments. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan was on the set of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 6' on November 4 with actress Katrina Kaif to promote his upcoming film 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan'.
Apart from performing a highly entertaining version of the Gangnam Style, Khan also requested host Amitabh Bachchan to mouth a few of his lines while he imitated the iconic star. So while Bachchan sportingly voiced 'Rishtey mein toh hum tumhare baap lagte hai' (from his film Shahenshah), Khan did the hand gestures.
They reversed roles when Khan mouthed 'badi badi deshon mein aise chotein chotein batein hotein rehtey hai,' from Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge to Bachchan acting out the line.
But the real fun began when Khan jokingly said he'd like Bachchan to say a line from his latest hit 'Don 2' - 'Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahi, namumkin hai'. Bachchan promptly turned around and said 'hey! that's my line!' referring to his original 'Don' film made in 1978, from which Khan's film was adapted and later made a sequel of. Khan insisted that in his version he is chased by the police of 11 nations, while in Bachchan's it's 12.
Khan also showed Bachchan how to dance the Gagnam style. Bachchan shared the pictures of their moves on his blog, and said he had a great time shooting with Khan and Kaif. All three of them looked elegant in black.
"Fun filled episode with Shah Rukh and Katrina... laughter, leg pulling, dancing, Gangnam, and the audience going wild... bliss!," Big B tweeted after shooting for the episode, which went on air on Sony on November 4.
Shah Rukh's association with KBC goes back to 2007 when he hosted its third season. But Bachchan took over in the very next season.
