Six naxals nabbed in Warangal district

WARANGAL: Six Naxalites of the CPI-ML (Praja Pratighatana) were arrested by the police at Ekkela Crossroad in Eturunagaram mandal on Tuesday. They are S Sammaiah, K Satyam, Srikant, K Ravindar, S Santosh and B Ravindar. They were extorting money from people in the forest area bordering Khammam, Warangal and Karimnagar districts.  One pistol, two axes and three grenades were seized from them, according to the Mulugu ASP and Eturunagaram circle inspector.
