Soha Ali Khan-Kunal Khemu wedding: All that you wanted to know about the much-awaited event

Actress Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu who've been in a relationship for a long time exchanged vows on Sunday in Mumbai.

Here are the wedding details that you may have missed:

The wedding took place at their Khar residence and saw the presence of a registrar and family members (brother Saif Ali Khan, sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor and mother Sharmila Tagore).

Soha took to Twitter some time back to share the details of the ceremony. She had mentioned that it would be a "small wedding in the presence of our family members".

The Mehendi ceremony took place on Friday that was attended by friends including actress Neha Dhupia, who had shared photographs of Soha who was "chillin like a Villian" during the pre-wedding function.

Soha, who believes that people need to have "a sense of commitment, maturity and infinite patience to make a marriage last", got engaged to Kunal in Paris last year.

Kunal had proposed marriage to Soha in last year in Paris.

The couple met on the sets of the film 'Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge' in 2009.

The couple was quoted as saying that they did not think they were suited to be together when they first met.

Kunal was daunted by Soha being an Oxford Graduate and being a intellectual person.

The couple have been living together for a long time now. Soha's mother actress Sharmila Tagore gifted her daughter and son in law a apartment in Bombay.

Soha introduced Kunal to her mother Sharmila Tagore for the first time on the sets '99'. Kunal was doing a scene where he had to be in a bathrobe and that's how he met Sharmila Tagore for the first time.
