THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The meeting of an all-party delegation from Kerala with the Prime Minister on the Mullaperiyar issue is likely to get delayed, as the PMO is grappling with an even more contentious Lokpal Bill and other issues.According to indications received from the Chief Minister's Office, an appointment is likely to be given only on Thursday.While the LDF has also acceded to the UDF Government's plea to join the delegation and Opposition Leader V S Achuthanandan has shed his initial hesitation and agreed to raise a united voice for the state's cause, the delay in securing an appointment is proving to be a heartburn for the UDF.Chief Minister Oommen Chandy had stated on Sunday that the delegation led by him will meet the Prime Minister either on Monday or Tuesday.
