CHENNAI: A day after skipping the solidarity hunger protest organised by Kollywood to support Anna Hazare in his anti-corruption crusade, actor Vijay announced his decision to meet the social activist and observe a fast on Thursday at Ramlila Maidan to extend his support.In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Ilaya Thalapathi noted that the anti-corruption fast had found supporters worldwide. Vijay and his fans will meet Anna Hazare on Thursday and fast with him for a day. Sources said the actor had to skip the protest held in the city by film fraternity on Tuesday because of a shooting commitment for film Velayudham.
