In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Raghu Sharma of INC won in this seat defeating Rajendra Vinayaka of BJP by a margin of 19,461 which was 10.82% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 53.24% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Shatrughan Gautam of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Dr Raghu Sharma of INC by a margin of 8,867 votes which was 5.55% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 44.64% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Raghunandan of INC won this seat beating Rinku Kanwar of BJP by a margin of 12,659 votes which was 9.67% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 36.04% in the seat.
