In 2013, Kesaram Choudhary of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Khushveer Singh of INC by a margin of 13,653 votes which was 9.11% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 46.6% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Kesa Ram Choudhary of BJP won this seat beating Khushveer Singh of INC by a margin of 1,782 votes which was 1.5% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 46.09% in the seat.
