As the anticipation around the film grows, Park and Suzy have spoken to a leading media portal and shared their experiences of working together.

Highlighting the dedication of Park to his work, Suzy told Soompi, “[Park Bo Gum] is a hard-working actor who thoroughly analyzes his dual roles and delicately portrays them. From the script reading, we shared lots of conversations and concerns together, so I could participate in filming with joy.”

Park was also all praises for his co-star when asked to share his experience of working with her. He said, “[Suzy] was exactly what I imagined Jung In to be when I first read the script. I got a lot of help from her in acting as Tae Joo’s character.”

The new stills of the upcoming film offered a closer glimpse into the lives of characters immersed in the innovative service as they navigate the complexities of the Wonderland service. One of the stills depicted Tang Wei’s character, Bai Li, sharing some cute moments with her daughter while concealing her own demise. Sliding further, we can also see Suzy’s character Jung In reuniting with her dead boyfriend, portrayed by Park Bo Gum through the services offered by Wonderland.

As for Wonderland’s plot, it explores the tale of the Wonderland service under which one can bring back their dead loved ones through video calls. The services include the reconstruction of deceased people through AI. What happens after Suzy’s character reconstructs her partner Tae-joo (Park Bo-gum) and how she navigates through complex emotions while spending life with her “reconstructed lover”, is at the heart of the romantic drama film.

Park Bo-gum is expected to prove his mettle through the film as he plays a half-alive, half-dead person who suffers from confusion after regaining consciousness at the hospital bed.
