Months after tying the knot with Jake Bongiovi, Millie Bobby Brown has shared dreamy wedding pictures that showcase the magical moments from their private ceremony held in May. On October 2, the Stranger Things star posted the first glimpses from her special day. Millie looked radiant in a white sheer lace corset dress, perfectly coordinating with her husband. In her heartfelt caption, she expressed her love, stating, “forever and always, your wife.”
The post features photos capturing both the wedding and reception celebrations.
Similarly, the 22-year-old model, Bongiovi, also shared a bunch of pictures and captioned it as, “forever and always, your husband.”
During the wedding ceremony, Millie Bobby Brown went for a custom Galia Lahav dress paired with a gorgeous veil and styled-up hair, while Bongiovi chose a black and white ensemble, as per Elle. The couple truly went all out when it came to the greens and the florals, mostly as we see in the pictures. One of the pictures shows them underneath a massive archway made with white roses and other flowers.
The aisle was also adorned with large bouquets matching their apparent black-and-white theme. The final picture follows from the after-party, where Millie changed into a simpler satin off-shoulder mini dress, adding her husband’s bow tie for an accessory.
The post also gives a glimpse into the couple’s other outfit from the day, seemingly from the welcome dinner. While the actress chose a lace dress with a tiered skirt, the model, for his part, went from white to a completely black suit. The wedding ceremony took place at Villa Cetinale Roman, the luxurious baroque-style villa in Tuscany, Italy. The ceremony was “a relatively bijou collection of friends and family and pulled together with expert level & ultra inspired event design,” wrote wedding photographer Sandra von Riekhoff on Instagram.
Brown and Bongiovi were first linked in June 2021 and later shared their engagement news in April 2023. After rumours of their low-key stateside wedding in May, the couple eventually confirmed the same after they were spotted with matching wedding bands. The groom’s father, Jon Bon Jovi on BBC’s The One Show, said, “They’re great. They’re absolutely fantastic. It was a very small family wedding, and the bride looked gorgeous and Jake is happy as can be and it’s true.”
