Justin Baldoni will be seen with Blake Lively with It Ends With Us. The film will release on August 9.

The new trailer of It Ends With Us made everyone gush over the perfect-looking love story of Lily and Ryle while also giving a glimpse of the dark side of their relationship. Discussing the complexities of his character, director and actor Justin Baldoni, along with Colleen Hoover, shared some intriguing insights from their film, It Ends With Us.

Justin Baldoni expressed, “Ryle was a complex character, I had a lot of fear come up to play this person who is so different than who I am. I had never gone to the places that Ryle does in the film. Writer Colleen Hoover added, “Honestly you need someone in the role of Ryle who its going to hurt when you see them not be who you wish they could be. With Justin playing that role it was honestly perfect.”

Justin explains, “This is a movie that’s just a reflection of life, it’s a grounded love story that deals with the complexities of relationships.”

Set for a theatrical release in India on 9th August 2024, IT ENDS WITH US, the first Colleen Hoover novel adapted for the big screen, tells the compelling story of Lily Bloom (Blake Lively), a woman who overcomes a traumatic childhood to embark on a new life in Boston and chase a lifelong dream of opening her own business. A chance meeting with charming neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid (Justin Baldoni) sparks an intense connection, but as the two fall deeply in love, Lily begins to see sides of Ryle that remind her of her parents’ relationship. When Lily’s first love, Atlas Corrigan (Brandon Sklenar), suddenly reenters her life, her relationship with Ryle is upended, and Lily realizes she must learn to rely on her own strength to make an impossible choice for her future.

Directed by Justin Baldoni, the film stars Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni, Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj, Amy Morton and Brandon Sklenar.

Sony Pictures Entertainment India will exclusively release ‘It Ends With Us’ in Indian cinemas on 9th August 2024.
