Sudheer Babu is a popular name in the Indian film industry. He made his debut with the film Ye Maaya Chesave in which he played the role of Jerry Thekekuttu. The actor was first seen in the role of hero in SMS – Siva Manasulo Sruthi. Sudheer Babu gained prominence with the film Prema Katha Chitram which starred actors like Nandita Raj and Praveen. Some of his recent films failed to leave their mark at the box office. Now, the actor is back with yet another Telugu film.
The name of the film is Maa Nanna Superhero. Directed by Abhilash Reddy, it is set to hit the theatres on October 11. The trailer was released by the makers on Saturday, October 5. The posters and songs released so far have created a significant buzz among the fans as they are eagerly waiting to watch the film in the theatres.
Talking about the storyline, the trailer starts with a scene where Sai Chand makes the heart-wrenching decision to sell his son due to poverty. On the other hand, Sudheer Babu remains devoted to Sayaji Shinde who raised him as a father. Sayaji Shinde is a father who has a careless attitude and shows no concern while his son takes every care of his father.
The twist in the plot comes when Sudheer’s real father who sold him years back comes to his life. He decided to help his father leading to some unprecedented troubles. The ending scene shows Sudheer saying that his real name is Mahesh Babu to which Sai Chand humorously answers that the name doesn’t suit him.
Maa Nanna Superhero also features actors like Aarna, Raju Sundaram, Shashank, Aamani, Chandra Vempaty and Annie in leading roles. It is produced by Sunil Balusu under the banner of V Celluloids in association with CAM Entertainment. The music is composed by Jay Krish while the cinematography department is handled by Sameer Kalyani. The script of the film is co-written by Abhilash Reddy Kankara, MVS Bharadwaj, and Shravan Madala.
