Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna are soon going to share screen space in an upcoming drama Chhava and fans are excited for their new jodi. Well, recently both walked the ramp also together which only increased the excitement level. However, Vicky has penned a sweet note for Rashmik which has gone viral.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Vicky shared a series of photos and wrote, ‘An evening spent in honouring and celebrating our cultural heritage! Vicky Kaushal penned an emotional note about the film wrap. Calling the shoot ‘passionate and incredible’, he wrote, “The incredibly passionate and dramatic journey of filming Chhaava couldn’t have ended without some drama. The rain Gods really put up a show today, immediately after we rolled our final shot.”

Chhava is a historical drama that revolves around the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. In the film, Vicky Kaushal is set to portray the character of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the eldest son of the Maratha empire’s founder. On the other hand, Rashmika Mandanna takes on the role of Yesubai Bhonsale in the film. The film also stars Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, and Divya Dutta in key roles. According to a report by Pinkvilla, actor Neil Bhoopalam has also been roped in to portray the character of a Mughal prince in the film.
