Recently, a similar incident took place when Gautami Patil’s program on October 12 evening was denied permission by the Panvel police. This program was reportedly slated to be held in Vavanje village, located in Panvel tehsil of Raigarh district in Maharashtra, India. It is situated 12km away from sub-district headquarters Panvel. As per reports, the Panvel Police cited the problem of overcrowding, due to which Gautami’s program was denied permission by the authorities. Reportedly, instances of vandalism in Gautami’s earlier shows have been the reason behind the cancellation. A couple of days ago, Gautami’s program at Kamothe, Panvel was organised. The audience enjoyed it immensely but created a ruckus to get a glimpse of Gautami. Police had to resort to lathi charges to disperse the unlawful gathering at this event Kamothe.
Recently, a case has been registered against Gautami in Ahmednagar as well, where she was accused of organising her shows despite no police permission. Her recent program was held at Yashoda Nagar Pipeline Road Savedi in Ahmednagar. According to reports, the police have filed a case against Gautami Patil, and her personal assistant Ashok Kharat. Cases have also been registered against Rahul Sangle of Mrityunjay Yuva Pratisthan of Savadi suburb and Harshal Bhagawar of Ekdant Mitra Mandal. These cases were filed in the Tofkhana Police Station.
In a recent media interaction, Gautami shared her opinion regarding the cancellation of her show. Gautami said, “I don’t do one program. Many girls work with me; there are bouncers. There are 25 people in our program. That’s why the money we get doesn’t last for long. We get more shows during the holiday season. If we did not get the show in the middle of the season, what else would we do?”
Gautami Patil will soon make her debut in acting with the upcoming film Ghungroo, directed by Baba Gaikwad.
