Actress Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha have been basking in marital joy since their wedding last year. Together, the couple has joyfully celebrated various occasions. Post-Karwa Chauth, Diwali, and Christmas, now glimpses from Raghav and Parineeti’s first Lohri celebration post-wedding have surfaced online. The adorable pictures were shared by Parineeti’s family friend, Shweta Singh on her Instagram Stories.
The couple exuded radiant happiness, surrounded by loved ones during this festive affair. One delightful snapshot depicts Parineeti and Raghav happily taking selfies with their friends. Accompanying the photo, Shweta wrote, “Happy 1st Lohri Mrs Mr Chadha (sic)”. In another picture featuring Shweta and Parineeti, she affectionately called her the “cutest”. She also expressed her love and “thanked” the couple for a “lovely evening”.
The other selfies captured intimate moments with Raghav, Parineeti, Raghav’s mother, his uncle Pawan Sachdeva, and other close ones. The couple’s joy was palpable, as their smiles illuminated the photographs.

After numerous speculations, Parineeti and Raghav publicly made things official through an intimate engagement ceremony in May last year. Subsequently, the couple frequently appeared together, be it at the airport or exploring Delhi, sparking curiosity about their impending nuptials. The lovebirds tied the knot in September of the same year at The Leela Palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan, surrounded by their close ones.
On the professional front, Parineeti Chopra is set to grace the screen in Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming film, following the 2020 reboot of Love Aaj Kal featuring Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan, which received mixed reviews both commercially and critically. Her next venture, Chamkila, pairs her with Diljit Dosanjh and delves into the narrative of two Punjabi singers, Amarjot Kaur and Amar Singh Chamkila. The actress takes on the role of Amarjot, while Diljit portrays the titular character. The film unfolds the tragic events of March 8, 1988, depicting the assassination of Chamkila, his wife Amarjot, and members of their troupe.
