The AIIMS NORCET 2023 Stage 1 results have been released by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences on September 22. Candidates who appeared for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test Phase 5 Stage I exam can check and download their results by visiting the official website of AIIMS at aiimsexams.ac.in. The Stage I examination was conducted on September 17, at several exam centres across the country. The Nursing Officer recruitment examination was held for a duration of three hours. The AIIMS NORCET Stage 1 result 2023 will appear in PDF which will include the roll number of candidates, category and percentile.
The AIIMS NORCET Phase 5 answer key was earlier released on the official website. AIIMS issued the NORCET Phase 5 result after examining the complaints filed by candidates on the provisional answer key.
AIIMS NORCET 2023 Stage 1 Result: How To Check
Step 1: Visit the AIIMS official website at aiimsexams.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click the AIIMS NORCET 2023 result link.
Step 3: A fresh PDF file displaying the results will open up on the screen.
Step 4: Check and download the page and save a physical copy for future reference.
“Based on performance in Stage-I NORCET and applicable clause on the Pattern & Scheme of Examination…following candidates are declared provisionally qualified to appear in NORCET-5, Stage II to be held on 7th October 2023,” the official notice read. Further, it stated that the amended and updated seat position, as reported by the appropriate participating Institute is published on the website via various notices and corrigendum’s/addendums.
The written exam consisted of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 200 points each. For every question, candidates had four options to choose from. There were 180 MCQs linked to the subject and the remaining 20 MCQs were general knowledge and aptitude. It is vital to note that erroneous responses resulted in a penalty. In addition, a 1/3 mark was deducted for every incorrect response.
The NORCET exam is administered to fill nursing officer positions at the National Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases (NITRD) in New Delhi. Those who are selected will be paid between Rs 9,300 and Rs 34,800 per month, with a monthly grade pay of Rs 4,600.
The minimum age requirement is 18 years, with a maximum age limit is 30 years. Furthermore, candidates must hold a BSc Nursing degree from an Indian Nursing Council or a Diploma certificate in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council to apply for the NORCET 2023.
