New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party MLA, Amanatullah Khan on Saturday found himself mired in another case of alleged molestation as his sister-in-law lodged an FIR against him at Jamianagar police station in New Delhi.
Amanatullah has repeatedly come under authorities' scanner after his alleged involvement in a recruitment scam in Waqf Board surfaced in the first week of September.
The Anti-Corruption Branch had raided Waqf Board's Office on Thursday, a move Amanatullah had dubbed as an interference by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Najeeb Jung.
Earlier in the day, Amanatullah had reportedly resigned from all the posts and written to Arvind Kejriwal asking him to be relieved of all duties.
The Aam Aadmi Party has already come under fire over several controversies.
From Sex CDs featuring tainted MLA Sandeep Singh, to allegations of cash for tickets in Punjab elections by suspended AAP Punjab chief Chhotepur have left the party rattled.
