Bangalore: The bail plea of Karnataka Congress MLA Vijayanand Kashappanavar will be heard on Tuesday. Kashappanavar has been alleged of slapping and assaulting two police constable at a city lounge bar in Bangalore on June 2.
The police had been instructed to go slow on the probe. MLA Vijayanand Kashappanavar who was allegedly absconding after the incident, had resurfaced two days later.
The MLA has left no stone unturned. He has gone on news channels to protest his innocence.
