Hazaribagh: Senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha on Friday accused Prime Minister Manmohan Singh of failing on all fronts and demanded his resignation.
"Manmohan Singh was selected as prime minister for being a renowned economist. But as PM he failed on every front, be it rooting out corruption or controlling inflation," Sinha said in a press conference in Hazaribagh.
"He has no right to continue as prime minister even for a single day and should resign immediately," Sinha said.
On RBI's decisions to increase interest rates, Sinha said, "RBI has miserably failed to check inflation, which is increasing every day due to wrong policy of the Centre. And this is the reason why the prime minister has no right to continue in office even for a day."
